Castione, a municipality in Ticino a few kilometers from Lugano, is situated at a busy natural crossroads and is currently the site of significant development of both a commercial and industrial nature.
The strategic position, between the branch of two of Switzerland’s main highways, and the proximity to the newly refurbished railway station, make this Center a location of certain interest.
The new Cast Center is easily reached from the A2 Basel-Chiasso highway (St. Gotthard) and the A13 Trasandingen-Brissago highway (St. Bernard), and it can be accessed directly from the adjacent cantonal road and from the Bellinzona Nord highway exit.
The new Cast Center is an artisan, commercial and multipurpose center constructed in 2015 which, thanks to its constructive details and the quality of the materials used, is suited to the needs of any company. It is divided into 5 modular buildings.
The elegant and functional commercial premises, located on the second floor of block B, feature a beautiful ceiling of white laminated wood and have a height that varies from a minimum of 2.40 m and a maximum of 4.75 m.
Block D has large windows and a representative portal; the 65 sqm open-space D.0.1 space on the ground floor is extremely bright and is located on the front side of the building.
